Terms and Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By installing, accessing, or using the Zoom AutoFill Pro browser extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the Extension and discontinue its use.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Refora Technologies ("we," "us," or "our").

Important Notice

By using this Extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. LICENSE AND USAGE

2.1 License Grant

Upon successful activation with a valid license key, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Zoom AutoFill Pro Extension for personal or commercial purposes on a single device per license.

2.3 License Restrictions

Strictly Prohibited

Each license is valid for ONE device only
You may transfer your license to a new device, but it will automatically deactivate on the previous device
Trial licenses cannot be transferred
Sharing, reselling, or distributing your license key is strictly prohibited
Attempting to bypass license validation or device restrictions may result in immediate license revocation

3. PERMITTED USE

You may use the Extension to:

Automatically fill Zoom meeting and webinar registration forms
Store personal information securely within your browser
Submit registration forms automatically (when enabled)
Configure auto-fill settings and preferences

4. PROHIBITED USE

You may NOT

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to circumvent license validation or device fingerprinting
Share your license key with others
Use the Extension to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Extension
Use automated systems to acquire multiple trial licenses
Violate Zoom's Terms of Service or policies

5. DATA AND PRIVACY

5.1 Data Collection

The Extension collects and processes:

License Information: License key, activation status, user name, and email
Device Information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, timezone, and language (for device fingerprinting)
Form Data: Personal information you enter in the Extension settings (stored locally in your browser)
Usage Data: Activation timestamps, trial periods, and device transfers

5.2 Data Storage

Your personal form data (name, email, NIC, phone numbers) is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API
License validation data is stored on our secure servers
We do NOT collect or store data you submit to Zoom registration forms

5.3 Data Usage

We use collected data to:

Validate license activation and prevent unauthorized use
Enforce one-device-per-license policy
Provide customer support
Improve Extension functionality
Process license transfers

5.4 Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

When required by law or legal process
To prevent fraud or license abuse
With your explicit consent

5.5 Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your stored data
Request data deletion (will deactivate your license)
Opt-out of data collection (will disable the Extension)

6. DEVICE FINGERPRINTING

To enforce our one-device-per-license policy, we generate a unique device fingerprint based on:

User agent and browser version
Operating system and platform
Screen resolution
Timezone and language settings

Privacy Notice

This fingerprint is used solely for license validation and cannot identify you personally.

7. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

7.1 Pricing

Trial: Free for 7 days
Lifetime License: LKR 998 (one-time payment)
Prices are subject to change with notice

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card information.

7.3 Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

Trial Users: No refunds applicable (trial is free)
Lifetime License: No refunds are provided after purchase
Reason: We provide a comprehensive 7-day free trial that allows you to fully test all features, compatibility, and functionality before purchasing
Your Protection: Use the trial period to verify the Extension meets your needs and is compatible with your system
Purchase Decision: By purchasing after the trial, you confirm the Extension works as expected for your requirements

Important: Please thoroughly test the Extension during the free trial period to ensure it meets your needs before purchasing.

8. LICENSE TRANSFER

8.1 Transferring Your License

Lifetime licenses can be transferred to a new device:

Login with your license key, email, and name on the new device
Confirm the transfer (this will deactivate the license on the previous device)
You can transfer upto 6 times per month, but only one device can be active at a time

8.2 Trial License Limitation

Trial licenses cannot be transferred between devices. To try the Extension on a different device, you must purchase a lifetime license.

9. TRIAL PERIOD

Each email address is eligible for one 7-day trial
Trial automatically expires after 7 days
No credit card required for trial activation
After trial expiration, purchase a license to continue using the Extension
Attempting to create multiple trials with the same or different email addresses is prohibited

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 Ownership

The Extension, including all code, graphics, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Refora Technologies and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2 Trademarks

"Zoom AutoFill Pro" and "Refora Technologies" are trademarks of Refora Technologies. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

10.3 Third-Party Content

"Zoom" is a registered trademark of Zoom Video Communications, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zoom.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

"AS IS" Basis

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy or reliability of results
Compatibility with all systems or browsers

We do not guarantee that the Extension will meet your requirements or that it will be compatible with all Zoom registration forms.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liability Limits

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall NOT exceed the amount you paid for the license (LKR 998)
We are NOT responsible for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
We are NOT liable for issues caused by Zoom platform changes or third-party services

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Refora Technologies harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your use or misuse of the Extension
Your submission of false or misleading information
Your violation of third-party rights

14. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

14.1 Extension Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Extension. Updates may:

Add new features
Fix bugs or security vulnerabilities
Modify existing functionality
Require re-activation

14.2 Automatic Updates

The Extension may update automatically through the Chrome Web Store.

15. TERMINATION

15.1 Termination by You

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Extension.

15.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse the license system
Use the Extension for illegal purposes

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your license will be deactivated
You must immediately uninstall the Extension
No refunds will be issued

16. LEGAL PROVISIONS

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall be resolved through:

Good faith negotiation
Mediation (if negotiation fails)
Arbitration or courts in Sri Lanka

16.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Refora Technologies regarding the Extension and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

16.5 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective:

Immediately upon posting on our website
Upon the next Extension update
30 days after email notification (for material changes)

Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
